The present Terms of Sale are to manage the contractual relations between WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society and its customers, the two parties must accept the conditions without objection.

Once you have clicked on the Icon, or validated the order, you both accept to buy the service or article offered, and you also fully accept our terms of sale, without reserve. In the case where you were not to agree with the regulations partially or totally, it is recommended that you not use the services on this Site.

Please read all the present terms of sale attentively before buying our service or articles.

This service is accessible from an ordinary PC of streaming video sessions upon simple request proposed on the Site, which are classified in following categories :

TONING ROOM
SLIMMING ROOM
RESTRUCTURING ROOM
RELAXATION ROOM

If you want to join our streaming video films, you must :
- Pay your video film contract by credit cards found on the Site.
- Pay your personal training program video films, as proposed on the Site.
- Pay your video films by phone micro-payment.

All payments made by credit cards on the Site, requires a preliminary subscription to create a personal customer's account. Thus, subscribed members have direct access to the streaming video film sessions, a service put to the customer's entire disposal, provided that credit is available on the customer's personal account.

You must rely on the tariffs in force the day of your subscription :

- Plan tariffs :

- A 5 sessions video contract : 15 Euros inclusive of all tax
- A 10 sessions video contract : 30 Euros inclusive of all tax
- A 16 sessions video contract : 45 Euros inclusive of all tax

Personal training program :

Each video film basically varies from 3 Euros inclusive of all tax.

In any case tariffs and modes of payment for video films are given as soon as an internet surfer wishes to subscribe and use our Site service.

At any moment WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society reserves the right to change price on video films, without advance notice.

Modification will take place as soon as you enter the Site, which does not prevent the subscribed member from canceling his membership. We consider that a subscribed member has accepted the modified conditions if he goes on using Site services. Thus we advice Site users to consult the latest Site version.
If a subscribed member continues to use the Site it implies that he fully accepts all revisions and modifications.

Transactions are debited on the personal customer's account at the tariffs in force the day of transaction.

All payments of video films are to be made by credit cards ( Visa or Mastercard )

All payments are to be made in Euros.

Payment will be asked from the moment you buy a contract or a personal training program, that is to say, by making a payment in advance.

The subscribed member vouches that he has the needed authorization to make a payment by credit card. But the use of a credit card might be cancelled if it is used illegally according to the convention signed between the customer and the bank.

From the moment a payment by a credit card is made, you immediately accede to the streaming of video film sessions.

WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society reserves the right to cancel access to the video film service and to close down the personal customer's account if the customer is insolvent. If this is the case, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the closing down of his account. The customer's data will be destroyed.

If access to the account is suspended WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society can in no way be responsible towards the customer.

There is no time limit as regards the credit the subscribed member puts on the personal customer's account, or to whatever contract or training program he chooses.

WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society reserves the right to cancel the subscribed member's personal customer's account if the member hasn't used his account for 12 months and if the account balance doesn't have any credit. How to calculate the last day of service : the period must be defined according to the day of debit of the last credit.

The Site is provided with a secure bank system :
- SSL encrypting technology (Secure Sockets layer) to encrypt information transmitted
- Encrypting functions on the subscribed member's browser: Internet Explorer
- a secured payment system, that allows you to be directly connected from your computer to a banker's card center in view of an authorization processing.

Confidential banker's information is not conveyed by the Site, or by WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society.
Transactions on-line are only implemented by the member's bank and secure payment system.

WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society presents all essential characteristics of the articles. They are all illustrated on photos. WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society invites all surfers to read these characteristics attentively. The illustrated photos are not contractual : alterations of the illustrated photos can appear differently depending on the photography treatment.

Prices indicated in Euros are net, postage paid. WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society reserves the right to modify these prices at any moment, without advance notice. These modifications take effect from the moment they are put on-line. The invoice articles are based on the presented prices, from the moment your order is registered, provided the article is available.

For all articles outside the European Community, duties, local tax, import tax are due for payment. These amounts or duties are not paid by WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society but are exclusively on the charge of the customer. We will ask the customer to check on delivery according to the country.

Any order of whatever origin are to be paid in Euros.

A customer can withdraw the ordered article within 7 days from day of delivery. You must return it to following address :

If the returned articles are not complete, or if they are damaged or dirty, they will not be taken back.

If the customer returns the order within retraction time WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society must return payment without duty, within 30 days or change the articles not corresponding to the customer's order (defect or non conform). These conditions are not applied if the customer dislikes the article or has made a bad choice.

Payment by banker's card ( visa ou mastercard )
Your account is debited from the moment the order has been sent.
The customer vouches that he has the needed authorization, which is necessary to make payment by banker's card. If the customer makes a fraudulent use of a banker's card, this mode of payment will be cancelled conforming to the conventions signed between the customer and the bank.

Articles will be sent to the address the customer has indicated while placing his order. The limit is 5 days for France, but this limit cannot be taken into account by WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society in case of delayed delivery or due to stock shortage.

If the article is not available, the customer will be advised as soon as possible, and his or her order will be cancelled. In such a case he or she has the right to change the article or be reimbursed.

The customer must check on the article's general aspect when delivered : if damaged, you must advice WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society to change it.

Articles proposed by WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society are available according to its stock limits. If an article shouldn't be available while placing an order, the customer will be advised by e-mail or by a simple letter. If this might happen the customer is allowed to cancel or change his order.

In order to be granted ownership of the ordered articles, the customer must pay the invoice entirely, whatever date of delivery. On the other hand lost or damaged articles must be notified on the very day of delivery.

WEBBER WORLD PRODUCTIONS Society is not responsible of order execution in case of stock shortage, unavailable articles, absolute impossibility of deliverance, disruptions partial or total, strikes for example by the post office or by means of transport, communication, flood, deluge or fire.

To make sure delivery goes smoothly the articles mentioned must go through a computeized process.
