- A day off between the training sessions is recommended : It is essential that your body rests in order to gain complete recovery.
- Drink water often ( 1,5 – 2 liters a day ) : water helps to drain toxins and hydrating the body.
- Eat healthy food, make a natural, varied and well-balanced diet : your training results are dependant on how you control your daily calorie intake.
- Train regularly in order to progress and obtain results : your motivation and perseverance is essential to obtain concrete results.
- The reducing of fat masses is without question followed by the loss of muscles. Muscle tonicity must accompany the slimming down process.
- Stop training activities when you are tired, when you haven’t eaten for a period of time, before a meal or before going to bed. The best moment for training activities is in the morning or late afternoon.
- A training program is essential to program rapidly and efficiently.
